Everyone has a story worth telling.

Melissa Bronstein, LICSW

Welcome! Many of my clients identify as high-achieving young professionals who have taken “all the right steps”, yet are still feeling anxious or uncertain. On paper, they are doing great and seem to have it all together, but inside they’re struggling with feelings of imposter syndrome or like they don’t know if they’re on the right path.

These times of uncertainty, while challenging, can often lead us to stages of significant reflection, growth, and transformation. I aim to create an empowering and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable to enact change and reach your goals.

I'm here to help you gain the tools and skills necessary to thrive in the face of challenges. Together, we will identify your goals and work collaboratively with an individualized and strengths-based approach. Through our work, we will spend some time exploring your past while also ensuring that we’re taking action-oriented steps to keep you moving forward!

Everyone has a story worth telling, and I consider it a privilege to be able to listen to and learn from my clients.
